The lawfulness of data processing undertaken prior to your withdrawal of consent remains unaffected. The data you enter in the contact form will be stored by us until you request us to delete it or withdraw your consent for it to be stored, or until the reason for storing the data is no longer valid (e.g. after we have finished processing your inquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - will remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, design or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). We do so on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or for pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The customer data collected will be deleted upon completion of the order or upon the termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transfer upon entering into a contract for services and digital content

Google Web Fonts

This site uses web fonts provided by Google in order to ensure fonts are displayed in a uniform manner. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use has to connect to Google’s servers. This means that Google is informed that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google web fonts are used in order to ensure that our online services are presented in a uniform and appealing manner. Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps service via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence over the transmission of this data. We use Google Maps in order to presentation our online services in an appealing manner and to enable the places specified on our website to be located easily.
